New version of Opinio being developed

After the successful launch of Opinio 6.1 before the Easter Holiday, the development team has already started working on the next version of Opinio. Estimated release is set to be by the end of June, and if you want to read more about what is included in the next release, or even future releases, visit the roadmap.

Single-server license of Network Probe 3.0 is now free

With the release of Network Probe 3.0, we feel the time is right to offer the standard single-server license of the application for free to anyone who wants to use it. Doing this we are giving everyone the possibility for effective network traffic monitoring and analysis, saving companies time and money by discovering network problems before they do any real harm.

New version of Opinio

Opinio 6.1 was launched yesterday. Amongst the new features is export of SPSS, prepopulation of questions and system status screen. A lot of bugs have also been fixed.

The user guide is now added in a new language, which is Norwegian.

Network Probe 3.0 beta 1 made available

The first beta version of Network Probe 3.0 was made available today. Version 3 adds a long-awaited enterprise mode, were one probe can collect and display traffic data from multiple remote probes.

This version also features extensive performance enhancements to the traffic statistics loading and display, as well as a fix for an out-of-memory error which could occur on high data loads.

ObjectPlanet attending the CeBIT fair

ObjectPlanet will be present at the CeBIT fair in Hannover, Germany from March 3rd to March 8th. We will introduce new versions of our products Opinio and Network Probe, and the chief architect behind Opinio will also be present.

If you are attending the CeBIT fair, then you are more than welcome to meet us in Hall 6, Stand G 33. We have been provided with 500 tickets that we will be giving out. ObjectPlanet has released the first beta of Network Probe 3.0 with enterprise functionality. One probe can now be set up to collect traffic statistics from other remote probes, and you can have a single sign-on for all your network probes.
