• A database system. Opinio comes with a built-in database used for demo purposes, so there is no need to configure Opinio with a database system to test it. Before using Opinio in production, a more robust and scalable database is needed MySql, SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, and DB2 are supported.

• 128 mb memory (256 mb or more recommended)
• 60 mb disk space for Opinio initially, and more as usage grows. Reports and uploaded files (images, stylesheets, templates) will also require disk space.
• 10 mb disk space (or more) for the database. This will vary depending on the database system used, and will require more with many surveys/responses.
• Other hardware requirements depends on usage. With high volume surveys, a fast processor and disk may improve scalability.
