How do I create a simple survey in Opinio?

1. Click on 'New survey' and type in a name:

After you have logged in and you are located in the correct folder, click on 'New survey' and type in the survey name in the displayed field. Then click the 'Create' button.

2. Click on the survey name link and 'Questions' to start adding questions:

3. Type in your question text and the response options, and then click on 'Save' to store your finished survey:
